Educational Experiences:
Prior to joining CESA 4, Chelsea taught nine years working in various school districts in the Coulee Region, in addition to a year in Colorado.

- 7th Grade Math [1 year] - Monument, CO
- 5th Grade Math/Reading Teacher [2 years] - West Salem, WI
- 6th Grade Math Teacher [3 years] - West Salem, WI
She was also a part of many committees among these individual districts, such as Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support [PBIS], Response to Intervention [RtI], Educator Effectiveness [EE] and an advisor for the National Junior Honors Society.
These opportunities have led Chelsea to her current position at CESA 4.
